Equipment:
Mandolin, Knife, Big Bowl, Spoon, Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons
Ingredients:
Purple Cabbage – 2 Cups
Mayo – 1/4 Cup
Lime – Fully Juiced
Cilantro – 2 Tablespoons
Honey (Mikes Hot Honey) – 1 Tablespoon
Corn – 1 Cup
Jalapeño – 1 Diced
Directions:
- Shred cabbage with the mandolin.
- Dice jalapeño.
- Mix mayo, lime juice, cilantro and honey in a bowl.
- Stir in cabbage, jalapeño and corn into the sauce.
- Enjoy on a fish taco or any taco!
