Peeler, Cutting Board, Knife, Pot, Wooden Spoon

    Apple – 3 (I recommend Macoun)
    Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
    Brown Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
    Water – 1/2 Cup
    Lemon – 3-4 Good Squeezes

*Makes about 2 cups of applesauce

    1. Peel apples.
    2. Chop apples into about 1 inch pieces.
    3. Scoop apples into a pot. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, water, lemon and stir.
    4. Place on the stove and cook for 14 minutes on medium heat.
    5. As the apples start to soften (about 10 minutes in) mash them with a spoon. The sauce should start to get golden brown.
    6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
