Banana Bread

    Equipment:

    Mixing Bowl, Bowl for Melting, Fork, Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons, Bread Pan, Plastic Knife

    Ingredients:

    Bananas (over ripe, brown and mushy) – 2
    Melted Butter – 1/2 Cup (1 stick or a little less)
    Melted Cream Cheese – 2 Oz (quarter of a packet)
    White Sugar – 1 Cup
    Eggs – 2
    Vanilla Extract – 1 Teaspoon
    Flour – 1 1/2 Cups
    Baking Soda – 1 Teaspoon
    Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
    Chopped Walnuts – Healthy Pour

    Directions:

    1. Grease bread pan.
    2. Melt butter and cream cheese.
    3. Mix melted butter, melted cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    4. Preheat oven to 350º.
    5. Add flour, baking soda, salt, banana and mix.
    6. Incorporate walnuts.
    7. Pour mixture into bread pan.
    8. Bake on top rack for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    9. Enjoy once it is slightly cool!
