Corn Off The Cob

    Cutting Board, Knife, Frying Pan

Corn on the Cob – 1
    Butter – 1/2 Tablespoon
Everything But The Elote Seasoning (Trader Joes) – About 1 Tablespoon

    Salt – A Few Twists

    1. Shuck the corn.
    2. Slice all the corn kernels off the cob.
    3. Turn the stove to medium heat and add the butter.
    4. Once the butter is melted add the corn.
    5. Cook it for a minute or so then add the everything but the elote seasoning and salt. You’ll know the corn is done when some kernels get brown around the edges.
    6. Take off the heat and enjoy as a side dish with dinner or with eggs and guac!
