Garlic Confit

    Equipment:

    Knife, Cutting Board, Bread Pan/ Small Oven Safe Dish, Small Jar

    Ingredients:

    Garlic – 4 Bulbs
    Olive Oil – About 1.5 Cups

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
    2. Peel all the cloves of garlic.
    3. Place the garlic in an oven safe dish, cover the cloves fully in olive oil.
    4. Cook for 2 hours.
    5. Enjoy with fresh bread or on a steak!
