Garlic Ginger Bok Choy


    Cutting Board, Knife, Pan or Wok, Wooden Spoon


    Baby Bok Choy – 1
    Garlic Oil – 1 Tablespoon (or you can use diced garlic and olive oil)
    Soy Sauce (Shoyu) – 2 Teaspoons
    Water – 1 Tablespoon
    Pepper – A Few Twists
    Garlic Salt – A Few Twists
    Ginger Powder – 1 Teaspoon (or you can use fresh diced ginger)
    Sesame Oil – About 1 Teaspoon


    1. Wash the bok choy.
    2. Half the bok choy and quarter the stem.
    3. Turn the burner to medium heat and add the garlic oil to your pan or wok.
    4. Sauté the bok choy in the oil for about a minute.
    5. Add soy sauce, water, pepper, garlic salt, ginger and steam the bok choy.
    6. Once the water is cooked off (about 7-10 minutes) transfer to a plate.
    7. Top with sesame oil and enjoy as a side dish or on its own.
