    Food Processor (Optional), Cutting Board, Knife, Spoon, Bowl


    Avocados (ripe) – 2
    Tomato – 1 Medium Size
    Roasted Garlic – 1 Small Clove
    Sweet Onion – 1/4 Small Onion
    Jalapeno – 1
    Lime – 1/2
    Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar – 1 Splash
    Salt – A Few Dashes
    Spicy Salsa or Hot Sauce – A Good Few Drips

    *Quantities can be adjusted per size of guac and taste preference


    1. Add tomato, garlic, onion and jalapeño to food processor.
    2. Cut avocados in half and remove the pits.
    3. Dice the insides of the avocado and scoop into bowl.
    4. Combine salsa mix and diced avocado.
    5. Squeeze lime, pour balsamic vinegar, add salt and spicy salsa into bowl.
    6. Mix well while keeping some of the avocado chunky.
    7. Enjoy with a nice tortilla chip!
