Honey Mustard Salmon

    Equipment:

    Cookie Sheet, Spoon, Plastic or Rubber Bag, Rolling Pin

    Ingredients:

    Salmon – 0.6 – 1 Pound

    Honey Mustard (Honeycup. If using another brand, add honey at a ratio of 2:1, mustard:honey) – Enough to create a thick layer on top of the salmon
    Walnuts – About 2 Tablespoons
    Salt – A little bit
    Pepper – A little bit

    Directions:

    1. Grease the cookie sheet with olive oil or use tine foil.
    2. Put Walnuts in plastic or rubber bag and beat them to smithereens.
    3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    4. Place the salmon on the cookie sheet, skin side down.
    5. Salt and pepper the salmon (not shown in the video).
    6. Add a thick layer of honey mustard to the salmon, if you are not using Honeycup brand mix any type of mustard and honey together at a 2 to 1 ration mustard to honey.
    7. Layer the walnuts on top until they cover the whole salmon.
    8. Bake in oven for 10-13 minuets or until the internal temp of the salmon is between 130-135°F.
    9. Enjoy with some veggies, rice or alone.
