Kiwi Yogurt Pie


    Bowl, Spoon, 2 Ramekins, Cutting board, Knife


    Graham Crackers – 3 Crackers
    Butter – 1 Tablespoon (diced)
    Honey – 1/2 Tablespoon
    Kiwi – 4
    Yogurt – 1 1/2 Cups

    *This recipe makes 2 little pies.


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Crumble graham crackers and mix with butter and honey in a bowl.
    3. Divide the mixture and pour half into each ramekin.
    4. Press the mixture down with a spoon so it makes a tight little crust.
    5. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
    6. Take out of the oven and let cool for about an hour.
    7. Remove the skin on the kiwi by cutting both ends off and inserting a spoon around the edge of the kiwi.
    8. Slice the kiwi into 4 circular slices then cut the kiwi like a pizza, so each piece has a little bit of the delicious white part.
    9. Once the graham cracker crust has cooled, add 3/4 cup of yogurt and layer the kiwi on top.
