Marsala Mushrooms


    Knife, Cutting Board, Frying Pan


    Mushrooms – 8 Oz
    Butter – 1/2 Tablespoon
    Marsala Wine – 2-3 Tablespoons
    Salt – A Few Twists
    Pepper – A Few Twists


    1. Chop up the mushrooms so they are bite sized pieces.
    2. Turn the stove to medium heat and melt the butter.
    3. Throw the mushrooms into the pan and coat them in the butter.
    4. Add the marsala wine, salt and pepper to the mushrooms and let them sauté for about 10 minutes until all the liquid in the pan has disappeared. 
    5. Enjoy on top of chicken, steak or with some pasta!
