Mixing Bowl, Oven Safe Pan, Tongs

    Ground Beef – 1 Pound
    Egg – 1
    Worcestershire Sauce – 5 Squirts
Bread Crumbs – 1/4 Cup (enough so that the mixture is slightly sticky)
    Salt – A Few Twists
    Pepper – A Few Twists
Bacon Fat or Oil – About 1 Tablespoon

    1. Mix together ground beef, worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl, I think it is easiest to use your hands.
    2. Roll the mixture into balls the size of a lime, should make about 10.
    3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    4. Heat up an oven safe pan on medium and coat with bacon fat or any type of oil.
    5. Place the meatballs on the pan and sear each side for about a minute.
    6. Once all the sides are brown and crispy place the pan in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
    7. Take out and make sure the internal temperature of the meat is 160°F. If it’s not there yet keep the balls in for an other minute or 2.
    8. Let cool and enjoy the meatballs with pasta and marinara!!
