Stovetop Popcorn


    Pot with a Lid, Bowl


    Avocado Oil Or Any Oil – About 1 Tablespoon (enough to cover the bottom of the pot)
    Popcorn Kernels – A Few Tablespoons
    Salt – A Bit
    Sugar – Just A Pinch

    *Serves 1 person


    1. Add oil to a pot and turn the stove to medium hight heat.
    2. Pour in the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
    3. Pop until the popping slows down. Turn the stove off when the pops are a few seconds in-between each other.
    4. Pour into a bowl and add salt and sugar.
    5. Enjoy the taste of fresh kettle corn with way less sugar!
