Stuffed Peppers


    Knife, Cutting Board, Bread Pan, Mixing Bowl


    Bell Peppers – 2
    Sausages – 2
    Mushrooms – 1/4 Cup (diced)
    Onion – 1/4 to 1/2 Cup (diced)
    Cheese – 2 Tablespoons (cubed or shredded)
    Bread Crumbs – 2 Tablespoons
    Salt – A Few Twists
    Pepper – A Few Twists


    1. Cut around the stem of the peppers, gently push in, twist then pull the top out. Remove the seeds and white insides of the pepper and set aside.
    2. Dice up the onion, mushrooms and cheese.
    3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    4. Take the casing off of the sausages.
    5. Combine the sausage insides, mushrooms, onions, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mixing works best if you use your hands.
    6. Stuff the emptied peppers with the sausage mixture and place them in the bread pan.
    7. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the internal temperature of the sausage reaches 160°F.
    8. Let cool and enjoy!!
