Tahini

    Equipment:

    Pot, Spoon, Food Processor/Blender

    Ingredients:

    Sesame Seeds – 2 Cups
    Olive Oil – About 2 Tablespoons

    Directions:

    1. Toast sesame seeds on medium low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. The seeds should become shiny, a few seeds should become brown.
    2. Pour the seeds into a food processor and process on low until it becomes a paste.
    3. Add in the olive oil and process until smooth.
    4. Enjoy in hummus, sauces or dressings!
