White Chocolate Pretzel Mummies

    Equipment:

    Pot, Glass Bowl or Mason Jar (to double boil) or Microwave, Parchment Paper, Spatula, Spoon

    Ingredients:

    Pretzel Rods – 14 (a pack usually comes with about 30)

    White Chocolate – Half a Bag (about 5.5 oz)
    Candy Eyeballs or Ball Sprinkles – 28
    Black Frosting

    *Makes 14 Pretzels

    Directions:

    1. Melt White Chocolate (if using a double boiler fill a pot with about a 1/2 inch of water, bring it to a boil, if using a mason jar put it right in the water with the chocolate chips inside, if using a glass bowl rest it over the pot with the chocolate chips inside, stir the chips multiple times while they melt. If using a microwave place the chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave them for 30 second intervals until the chips are melted).
    2. Cover pretzels in a thin layer of chocolate and let cool.
    3. Drizzle the rest of the white chocolate while rotating the pretzel.
    4. Add round sprinkles (eyes) after each drizzle so they stick to the pretzel.
    5. Dot each of the round sprinkles with black to make pupils.
    6. Line a cute Halloween bag with parchment paper.
    7. Add the pretzels to the bag and serve!
